Gamified Systems SLU is the data controller responsible for your personal data collected through PlayValue.Pro.

What data we collect and why
— Name and email address, to create and manage your account and deliver purchased content.
— Payment data, processed securely by Wix Payments. Gamified Systems SLU does not store card details.
— Usage data, including pages visited and content accessed, collected automatically by Wix Analytics to improve the platform.
Legal basis for processing
We process your data under the following legal bases as defined by GDPR (EU) 2016/679:
— Contract performance: to provide access to purchased workshops.
— Legitimate interest: to maintain platform security and prevent fraud.
— Consent: for any marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time.
Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required to fulfill legal obligations. Purchase records are retained for 5 years in compliance with Spanish tax law.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) at aepd.es.

In the future, PlayValue.Pro may incorporate Google Analytics for SEO and traffic analysis. This policy will be updated accordingly before any such integration is activated.
