The Terms & Conditions on this page govern your use of PlayValue.Pro and the purchase of digital workshop content. By accessing this site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gamified Systems SLU. We recommend you read them carefully before making any purchase.

Gamified Systems SLU sells digital workshop content in video format through PlayValue.Pro. Upon purchasing a workshop, you receive personal, non-transferable access to the video content associated with that workshop. Access is granted through your registered account and is subject to the plan you have purchased.

You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any content purchased on this platform. Access is strictly individual. Gamified Systems SLU reserves the right to revoke access to any user found in violation of these terms.

All sales are final. Given the digital nature of the content, we do not offer refunds once access to the workshop has been granted. If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact us at [email] and we will resolve it promptly.

Gamified Systems SLU reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of PlayValue.Pro after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions cover the following: eligibility to purchase and access content on PlayValue.Pro; accepted payment methods and pricing; the non-transferable nature of digital content licenses; intellectual property rights — all workshop content, including videos, materials, and tools provided, remains the exclusive property of Gamified Systems SLU; our policy regarding account suspension for terms violations; and the governing law applicable to these terms, which is the law of Spain.
