Refund Policy

PlayValue.Pro sells digital workshop content in video format. In accordance with European Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the user has begun accessing it and has given prior express consent to waive this right at the time of purchase.

By completing your purchase on PlayValue.Pro, you explicitly confirm that you consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.

All sales on PlayValue.Pro are final. Gamified Systems SLU does not offer refunds once access to the purchased workshop has been granted, regardless of whether the content has been fully viewed.

If you are unable to access the workshop content due to a technical problem on our end, contact us at [email] within 7 days of purchase. Gamified Systems SLU will resolve the issue or, if unable to do so, issue a full refund.

Gamified Systems SLU monitors content access data for each user account. Refund requests submitted after verified access to the workshop content will be denied. Repeated fraudulent claims may result in account suspension.
